We currently have two partners Nigel Hutchison and Alan James Davidson. Nigel joined the firm as an apprentice in 1979 and is the Senior Partner. He specialises in house purchases and sale, conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Executries, Powers of Attorney, Re-Mortgages and general chamber work. Nigel has twin sons, one of whom is currently studying law in Aberdeen. Nigel can be contacted directly on nigel@lindsayduncanblack.co.uk or via his Secretary, Michelle Watson on michelle@lindsayduncanblack.co.uk.

 

Alan became a partner in 1990 and is the firms designated Cashroom Partner. He specialises in house purchases and sale, commercial conveyancing including leasing, Wills, Trusts and Executries, Powers of Attorney, Re-Mortgages and general chamber work. Alan has two young daughters and can be contacted directly on alan@lindsayduncanblack.co.uk or via his Secretary, Alison Lindsay on alison@lindsayduncanblack.co.uk.

 

The partners undertake all legal work in the firm ably assisted by their two Secretaries and their Cashier Mrs Sheilagh Welsh and Assistant Cashier Margaret Simpson who ensure that modern methods are used to the full wherever possible. The office reception is manned in the morning by James Rodgers and in the afternoon by Douglas Wardhaugh.
