Estate Agency
We are a member of the ESPC and provide a full estate agency service that includes advice on the state of the property market, advice regarding the setting of asking prices, obtaining comparative sale prices, instructing a pre sale survey if required, erection of a For Sale board, additional Press advertising if required, setting of closing dates and the negotiation of price when an offer is received. We can also on occasion assist with the viewing of properties.

Conveyancing
Conveyancing is the legal transfer of ownership of property in the sale or purchase and again we offer a full service that will ensure that you are kept fully aware of the progression of the transaction. We will deal with all the legal aspects of your sale and purchase including any connected mortgage.

Remortgages
With the mortgage market becoming so competitive the major lending institutions are increasingly offering attractive mortgage deals that are resulting in many borrowers wishing to change lenders by way of a remortgage. Again we will deal with all the legal aspects of the remortgage ensuring that you are kept fully informed throughout.

Renting Property
The current legislation regarding the rental of domestic properties is very complicated and we can advise on all aspects of renting for both tenants and landlords. Our service will include the preparation of the Lease and serving all appropriate notices in connection with the commencement and termination of the Lease.
